Todd Crofoot is a U.S. Army Veteran with over 31 years of Active Duty service, retiring at the senior enlisted level as a Command Sergeant Major (CSM). He brings extensive leadership experience across enterprise-level project management, organizational change management, talent acquisition systems, and national-scale operational execution.

Todd served in senior leadership roles within U.S. Army Recruiting Command, overseeing large, geographically dispersed operations across multiple states. He managed organizational assets and budgets exceeding $1B annually while developing high-performance teams and mentoring executive leaders to achieve mission-critical objectives.

Most recently, Todd served as Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead for the U.S. Army’s Accessions Information Environment (AIE) Functional Team, supporting modernization of enterprise systems used to recruit, process, and onboard new Soldiers nationwide.

His background in strategic operations, risk management, enterprise systems implementation, and national-level coordination provides QuickShower with deep insight into military structure, sustainment channels, and readiness-driven procurement environments.

Todd supports QuickShower’s mission to deliver infrastructure-independent hygiene solutions to military, disaster response, and contingency operations environments — while also helping create performance-based opportunities for veterans transitioning into the civilian sector.
